What is Psychotherapy?
Counseling or psychotherapy today is as much about the use of a variety of different talking therapies to facilitate wellness and wholeness as it is about relieving psychological distress. It has proven to be effective in treating mild to moderate forms of emotional or behavioral problems.
Psychotherapy is a general term for a way of treating mental and emotional disorders by talking about your condition and related issues with a mental health professional.
